How long will it take for my order to ship?
We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, The Swank Company ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the near future.
How do I know what size to order?
Since we curate pieces from various designers, sizing can vary. We provide a detailed size guide on each product page and recommend checking the 'Fit & Fabric' section for specific measurements.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes or cancellations within 30 minutes of order placement. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
